Terms and Conditions

We accept major credit cards and PayPal for both our AromaLisaCo™ products and HeroSelfCare™ programs. For workshops or programs, we also accept corporation or facility checks with prior approval.

Workshops and Programs:

The client acknowledges and agrees to a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total program cost, which is required to secure the preferred date(s) and time(s) for the program. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days prior to the scheduled program date. Payments made on the day of the program or thereafter will not be accepted. Final program details, including the specific date, time, and location, will be confirmed at least 7 days in advance of the program’s commencement.

The client assumes responsibility for promoting the program and ensuring advanced sign-ups. Additionally, they are responsible for arranging any necessary requirements such as securing a conference room, setting up tables and chairs, and other related logistics at their facility.

HeroSelfCare™ commits to delivering the program as outlined and will collaborate directly with the customer to accommodate any special requests. In the event of an unforeseen circumstance, HeroSelfCare™ will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the program within 30 days.

Please note that HeroSelfCare™ reserves the right to share participant comments and photos taken during the workshop on the website and social media channels, unless an individual explicitly opt out in writing prior the completing the program.

Pricing

HeroSelfCare™ is dedicated to offering quality programs and natural products at competitive and accessible prices that cater to a broad customer base. The most affordable rates can be obtained directly from our company. Please be aware that all prices are subject to modification without prior notice.

The Program fee encompasses the expenses associated with professional services, program setup and breakdown, educational materials and supplies required for the agreed-upon number of participants, as well as travel within a 50-mile radius of Douglas, MA. Additional charges may apply for travel exceeding 50 miles from Douglas, MA, as well as for any facility parking fees, supplementary supply expenses, or other related costs.

Sales Tax

Please note that the purchase of products is subject to sales tax, whereas programs are not subject to sales tax.

Product Accuracy

HeroSelfCare™ strives for the utmost accuracy in describing and representing programs and products on our website. However, we do not guarantee that the product descriptions, images, colors, or any other content on our site are exhaustive, error-free, completely accurate, or always up to date.

Please be aware that we continually work to enhance and refine our programs and products based on valuable feedback from our customers.

It is important to note that our products, crafted in small batches and derived from natural ingredients, can exhibit variations in their chemical composition, color, and characteristics from one lot to another.

Product Safety

Please be aware that essential oils are potent and should be used with caution, especially during sensitive periods like pregnancy, nursing, or childhood. Our services and products are designed for adult use. If you have any underlying health conditions, it’s crucial to consult a medical professional before using essential oils or joining our programs. Our programs provide information and are not intended for diagnosing or treating any illnesses.

Individuals highly sensitive to aromas should avoid aromatherapy products and our programs. Prior to using products on your skin or inhaling them, ensure your hands are clean and read the ingredient list. Discontinue use if you experience and allergic reaction, rash, or increased asthma symptoms, seeking medical advice promptly. Never ingest essential oils. Do not apply them directly to your skin without a suitable carrier oil.

Product Longevity

At HeroSelfCare™and AromalisaCo we craft our products with fresh, natural ingredients, avoiding the use of artificial preservatives. Given the nature of these ingredients, we recommend using our products withing 2-3 months of receipt, although some items may remain suitable for a longer duration.

Non-Profit and other Fundraising Inquires

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer support or make contributions to other organizations.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges/Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, including personal care products and custom products, are ineligible for return due to the personal nature of these products and hygiene considerations. We kindly request your understanding in this matter.

In the event that we’ve made an error with your product order, we sincerely apologize. Please take a moment to inspect your order up receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us immediately. We are here to promptly address the issue and work towards a satisfactory resolution.

Please note that if there are other products made by other makers and sold on our website or at a retail business, these items are considered final sale items, and as such, we are unable to accept returns for these products. Additionally, clearance products are non-refundable.
